Delivery Charges

All standard products on retail orders incur a £20 shipping cost to UK mainland only.

All other destinations, and trade orders, are quoted separately, and a confirmation email will be sent with the final shipping cost.

Bespoke (custom) orders are quoted separately.

Despatch times:

In stock items are despatched in approx. 7-10 days.

Items on back order will be despatched in approx. 4-6 weeks. This lead time will be confirmed by email.

Please note that our lead times will be longer during the busy summer months.

Delivery information:

Deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise agreed in writing via email. To make alternative arrangements please contact the office team by phone +44 (0)158 201 092, or by email: sales@capital-garden.com.

Smaller items will be delivered by a parcel courier company.

Larger items are delivered on a pallet. The courier company will leave the pallet on delivery; however, on occasion, a helpful driver may remove it as a courtesy, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Items that are marked as *Oversized* will be liable to an additional charge which will be calculated and sent by email to you.

Special Instructions:

We also offer an installation service. Please contact us for a quotation.

Overseas Orders

All orders to be delivered overseas will have the shipping cost calculated and emailed to you.

Companies in the EU will need to supply us with their company Tax and EORI numbers at the time of order.
